Privacy
Reading this site. There are no analytics, no advertising, no tracking pixels, no social media widgets and no third-party scripts or fonts. Reading the site sets no cookies. Every page, image, font and document is served from this domain.
Hosting. The site is served through Cloudflare. As with any web host, Cloudflare’s network handles each request, including the visitor’s IP address, to deliver pages and protect the site from attacks, under Cloudflare’s privacy policy. This site does not use Cloudflare’s visitor analytics.
Comments. Commenting is open to patrons, who sign in through Patreon. When a patron signs in, Patreon confirms to this site that the account is an active member. The site then keeps only:
- a one-way code derived from the Patreon account, which cannot be turned back into the Patreon account by looking at it;
- the display name the patron chooses;
- the comments they post and when they posted them.
The site never receives or stores a patron’s email address, real name, postal address, payment details or pledge amount, and does not record IP addresses. Patrons can delete their own comments at any time.
Patreon. Payments and memberships are handled by Patreon under Patreon’s privacy policy.
Email. Messages sent to our addresses are held in Proton Mail.

Being a patron does not guarantee that a comment will stay up. Comments reflect the views of the people who post them, not of Crawlspace Analysis.

Send legal notices, subpoenas, copyright and takedown notices, and other formal requests to legal@crawlspaceanalysis.com. A copyright notice should identify the work, the material on this site you believe infringes it, and how to contact you.
Changes to this policy
When this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it.
